Oven & Order ("we", "us") helps independent bakeries manage preorders. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

For bakery owners: your name, email, bakery details, and account credentials. For customers placing an order: your name, email, optional phone number, and order details. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by Oven & Order.

How we use information

To operate your bakery account, process and confirm orders, send transactional emails (such as order confirmations), and — only where you have opted in — send bakery announcements. Each bakery's data is isolated from other bakeries.

Marketing preferences

Promotional emails are sent only to customers who have opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional order emails are separate and are not marketing.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We keep individual bakery customer payments separate from Oven & Order subscription payments. We never collect or store raw card numbers.

Data retention & your rights

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact us.
